I provide consulting services for early stage startup companies in all geographic markets. A typical engagement lasts for one month (2 months in exceptional cases), flat fee, and includes a series of interviews with the clients' management to find a concise business description, financial goals and how the company will reach the goals. The outcome will be summarized in a financial projection and in a written document of a client's business and strategy. Each engagement begins with a 15 minute screening call (generally, my clients are required to have a good sense of their business and markets, along with a basic Excel skills) and 1 hour initial meeting.
