Morgan Quigley is a Co-Founder of the Open Source Robotics Foundation in Mountain View, California. He was one of the originators of the Robot Operating System (ROS), an open-source software framework and supporting ecosystem that seeks to promote interoperability and collaborative software development in robotics. Dr. Quigley completed a PhD in Computer Science at Stanford University in 2012. His research interests include distributed embedded systems, hardware/software co-design, and real-time processing.
