As chief economist for GE Healthcare, Mitch Higashi leads a team that is responsible for market access, health economics, reimbursement, program investments, and economic forecasts. He currently serves on the advisory board for the University of Washington School of Pharmacy and the ISPOR Health Science Policy Council. Mitch is a graduate of the University of British Columbia (in biotechnology) and the Wharton School and holds a PhD in health economics from the University of Washington.
